Cosolargy is a modern word derived from three root meanings: Cosmic, Solar and –logy (-logy means subject of study). The transcendent System of Cosolargy, established by the late pioneering explorer, author and teacher Gene Savoy, has been practiced by solar mystics and spiritual seekers the world over for nearly 60 years. In their survey they ask Sun-gazers questions such as whether they engage in the discipline alone or with others; if they use accessories such as crystals, glasses or filters; whether they like incense, music, chanting or meditation during their sessions; their experiences during and after their practice; and how it affects sleeping and eating habits.
If you are a Sun-gazer who wishes to participate, or simply an interested enquirer who’d like to see past survey results, head over to their site at http://cosolargy.org/sun-gazing-plus/
As always, we add the caveat that you should not stare directly into the Sun and, if you want to engage in Sun-gazing, we urge you to seek the guidance of a trained and experienced practitioner.
