Elsewhere on this website we have asserted that the reason we cannot observe civilizations on other planets and moons is that the residents dwell below the surface. This does not always necessarily entail the celestial bodies being hollow, sometimes it just means that the beings and their cities are subterranean.
According to reports posted this week on News.com, Nexus Newsfeed and Unexplained Mysteries.com, our earthly scientists seem to be catching on:

NEWS HEADING
Planetary scientist Alan Stern has suggested that some civilizations may live below a planet's surface.
Speaking at a recent meeting of the American Astronomical Society's Division for Planetary Sciences, Stern, who is the principal investigator of the New Horizons Pluto mission, put forward one possible explanation for why we have yet to encounter intelligent extraterrestrials.

I have always felt uneasy about the assertion by mainstream science that there is a black hole at the centre of our – or any other – galaxy. My interdimensional guides tell me that life and all material creation revolves around spheres. There is light emanating from the centre of spheres as well as radiating around them. I’ve referred to the works of Jamal S. Shrair elsewhere on these blog pages, and quote a few excerpts below from his recent posting on ‘The Watchers.’ Read the entire article here: https://watchers.news/2017/10/19/super-intense-magnetic-field-at-the-center-of-every-galaxy/
“What is present at the centre of every galaxy or any larger scale structure is not a super-massive black hole, but an ultra-intense magnetic field. The intensity of magnetic field at that location is so enormous (at least several billion Gauss) and the field intensity is far higher in Spiral galaxies and Quasars. This fact will be confirmed with future progress and when astrophysical facts stop being linked to money and political power.”
“When the empirical evidence shows that thermonuclear reactions do not take place in the core of the Sun, then that means gravitational collapse also cannot take place in the core of the stars. Consequently, black holes and neutron stars would be mathematical fantasies rather than a physical reality.”
