We have spoken in previous Bulletins about the existence of invisible spheres surrounding the Earth, where beings of a higher vibrational frequency dwell. There are places or complexes in the Astral World (also known as the “Inner Planes” of magic), which present to the clairvoyant visitor certain distinct features. But the impressions of such places vary, according to the visitor’s own “filters” – their cultural conditioning and expectations.
Some say they have projected themselves to the Alexandrian Library, or even Atlantis, (i.e., a place of the past). Others from our plane have been privileged to find themselves in an inaccessible location like the Himalayas. One such “place” is Shambhala, the spiritual city of Tibetan Buddhism.
George Hunt Williamson is said to have located the Monastery of the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays in the region above Lake Titicaca in South America. He also found a monastery he called The Abbey in a hidden valley of Pariahuanca. Elsewhere on this site we have examined Lake Titicaca as the place where Viracocha travelled to and from the Sun.
There is also said to be a hidden land somewhere in the East called Agarttha, beneath the surface of the earth, where a population of millions is ruled by a Sovereign Pontiff, the “Brahatmah,” and his two colleagues the “Mahatma” and the “Mahanga.” Agarttha has, for over 5,000 years, enjoyed the benefits of a technology advanced far beyond our own.
In my most recent issue of my online magazine Australian Esoteric (Issue #20), in my editorial I quoted Swedish author and blogger, Håkan Blomqvist, who said: “A fascinating prophecy in esotericism is that a revolutionary discovery is awaiting mankind that will force many advanced scientists and scholars to consider esotericism as a reasonable theory, paradigm or working hypothesis. This paradigm shift will be ushered in by science when the etheric worlds around us can be photographed and filmed.”

While I was attending the Cosmic Consciousness Conference recently, I made a new friend who introduced me to the yoga work of Claire Diab. Her style can be particularly beneficial to those of us who are not in good physical strength, as she includes what is called “chair yoga”.
I was especially interested in her video below, which is called Sun Salutations.
