“A new wireless power transfer (WPT) system developed by a group of researchers at The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) is capable of charging multiple mobile devices concurrently and with unprecedented freedom in any direction, even while holding the devices in mid-air or a half meter away from the power source.” The research entitled ‘Six Degrees of Freedom Mobile Inductive Power Transfer by Crossed Dipole Tx (Transmitter) and Rx (Receiver) Coils,’ has been published on-line by IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics. They state, “We have solved three major issues of short charging distance, the dependence on charging directions, and plane coil structures of both Tx and Rx, which have blocked the commercialization of WPT.”

Wireless energy transmission throughout space and around Earth has been used by our Solar Ancestors since antiquity. It was re-introduced to the world by Nikola Tesla 120 years ago. The Tesla Tower erected in Shoreham, Long Island, New York was 187 feet high with a spherical top was 68 feet across, and was to be used by Nikola Tesla is his ‘World Wireless’. His former friend, Thomas Edison, who insisted his own DC power was better than Tesla’s AC version and invented the electric chair to prove it, turned against Tesla, then the tower’s financial backer, J P Morgan withdrew funding, and the tower was later demolished. When Tesla died, the FBI went to his home and took away all his files. The powerful money-makers of the world have tried to suppress free energy, for fear of losing both income and control. Perhaps now, finally, the genie is out of the bottle.

On July 11, 2015 we received our first images in over three months from NASA's Solar TErrestrial RElations Observatory Ahead spacecraft, or STEREO-A. Since March 24, 2015, STEREO-A has been on the far side of the sun, where it has had to operate in safe mode, collecting and saving data from its radio instrument. While it was in safe mode, STEREO-A’s radio wave instrument collected and stored data continuously for four months. The mission is critically important for our capability to predict interplanetary space weather conditions. The two nearly identical observatories - one ahead of Earth in its orbit, the other trailing behind - have traced the flow of energy and matter from the sun to Earth.

The image below is from the Extreme Ultraviolet Imager, which collects images in several wavelengths of light that are invisible to the human eye. By triangulating the views from STEREO and solar observatories closer to Earth such as the joint ESA and NASA Solar and Heliospheric Observatory, scientists can create a full 3-dimensional model of coronal mass ejections, or CMEs.

In our sister Blogsite SolarAncestors.com, on 1st July 2015, we looked at the predictions of the looming ‘world cooling’ due to Solar Weather.
A new model of the Sun’s solar cycle is producing unprecedentedly accurate predictions of irregularities within the Sun’s 11-year heartbeat that suggest solar activity will fall by 60% during the 2030s, to conditions last seen during the ‘mini ice age’ that began in 1645.
The model draws on dynamo effects in two layers of the Sun, one close to the surface and one deep within its convection zone, caused by convecting fluid deep within the Sun. Looking ahead to the next solar cycles, the model predicts that the pair of waves become increasingly offset during Cycle 25, which peaks in 2022. During Cycle 26, which covers the decade from 2030-2040, the two waves will become exactly out of synch – peaking at the same time but in opposite hemispheres of the Sun - and this will cause a significant reduction in solar activity. Their interaction will be disruptive, or they will nearly cancel each other leading to the properties of a ‘Maunder minimum’. When there is full phase separation, we have the conditions last seen during the Maunder minimum, 370 years ago.
Magnetic wave components appear in pairs, originating in two different layers in the Sun’s interior. They both have a frequency of approximately 11 years and are offset in time. Over the cycle, the waves fluctuate between the northern and southern hemispheres of the Sun. Combining both waves together and comparing to real data for the current solar cycle, predictions show an accuracy of 97%.

See our Blog Site this week for an update on what we are learning about our Sun’s satellite, Mercury. As our Moon is to the Earth, so Mercury is to the Sun. Similarities between the tilts and orbits of the Moon & Mercury, as well as their surfaces, reveal that that they are related... In a very purposeful way, both were “captured” by their hosts, or deliberately placed there, quite recently in Cosmic terms. The video at this link will add some light to the subject: http://thewatchers.adorraeli.com/2015/06/28/mysterious-electric-mercury/
