This week I have been contacted by Panos who has posted an article on his own website that will be of great interest to my readers (see link below). It is titled Discover the Powerful Health Benefits of Sun Exposure.
Key Takeaways
Here is the link to Panos’ article and website: https://panosbampalis.com/benefits-of-sun-exposure
It is related to an article I previously posted on this site at the following link: https://www.solarancestor.com/regular-blog-posts/-the-healing-power-of-the-sun
Key Takeaways
- Sun exposure has numerous health benefits.
- Moderate Sun exposure can improve vitality, boost mood, and enhance bone health.
- It’s important to find a balance between Sun exposure and Sun protection to reap these benefits responsibly.
- The Sun’s benefits can include the production of vitamin D, the regulation of the circadian rhythm, the release of serotonin, and more.
- Sun exposure can also increase the absorption of calcium and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

The image above is from an article posted by the Watchers (see Link below).
This description is almost poetic:
The cause of this magnetic tranquility was identified as a gentle gust of solar wind […] essentially resembling flutters traveling down the sides of Earth’s magnetosphere, excited by the Sun’s breath. This is akin to the effect of blowing across a piece of paper and making it flutter.
Following are two excerpts from the article:
“On October 17, Rob Stammes, a Norwegian citizen scientist, detected a rare magnetic oscillation in Earth’s magnetic field from his space weather observatory in Lofoten, Norway. The event, termed a “pulsation continuous” or Pc3 in this case, lasted for over 20 minutes and was caused by a gentle gust of solar wind. The event was unexpected as it occurred near the Solar Maximum, contrasting with the typical appearance of Pc3 waves during low geomagnetic activity in the Solar Minimum.”
“Although Pc3 waves can sometimes flow around Earth’s magnetic field and result in a “tearing instability,” leading to magnetic reconnection and subsequent geomagnetic storms, this did not occur on October 17. The magnetosphere returned to its state of tranquility following the oscillation.”

During this first week of October 2023 (04 Oct to be exact), an article has been published online by Robert Schoch, Ph.D., and his wife Catherine Ulissey, titled The Giza Pyramids Cap Ancient Lightning Strikes! – I thoroughly recommend it to you - See link HERE.
Schoch hypothesises that our Sun exploded at the end of the last ice age, around 9,700 BC, in what might be called a micronova. This resulted in the Earth snapping out of the last ice age with the searing heat causing dramatic and precipitous ocean level rises – a “great flood.” He proposes that the two largest pyramids at Giza were erected over the main sites where the Coronal Mass Ejections struck Earth.
The following is an excerpt from the last paragraph of the article, “in summation:”
“Those who survived witnessed a golden age of high knowledge and sophistication coming to an end. These were neither simple nor primitive hunters and gatherers. Survivors did what they could to preserve the greatness of their monuments and history by intentionally physically packing and burying their temples (these structures may not have been temples in a modern sense, but something more, perhaps akin to modern university complexes, libraries, and museums – that is, centers of knowledge). The survivors attempted to record and preserve the knowledge of this golden age that the ancient Egyptians referred to as Zep Tepi.”
In 2016, New Dawn magazine featured a lead article by Robert Schoch titled Is Our Sun Conscious? New Dawn invited me to write a 2-page piece – which we called The Sun, A Universal Deity – to run alongside the main article. It was Special Issue Vol.10 No.6 (see image above) and I feel honoured to have my work published next to that of Robert Schoch. I have never met him, but greatly admire his work.
