As one of my final pieces, I will write about a facility that has served me well over the years, and is more valuable than ever as I draw nearer to Transition. It comprises a circle of beings who protect and advise each of us, and down through the centuries many historical figures have perceived their inner circle to be seated at a round table.
The round table conveys the understanding that all who are seated at it are of equal rank. Pictures from the Dark and Middle Ages show us the long feasting tables, where the person in authority sat at one end in an impressively carved chair – a layout adopted in many modern-day board rooms. The images that have come down to us of King Arthur, on the other hand, show us the preferred way of meeting with your peers – at a Round Table. Each may take turns at rising and speaking.
Hopefully I will have time to write a lengthy article on this theme, which will be posted on this website, with smaller snippets on this page (The Last Word), containing links to the main story.
It will cover these topics:
- Using mental creation to find, or 'build,' your inner sanctum
- Choosing symbols and icons for the adornment of an inner citadel
- Meeting your guides and teachers on the higher planes
- Getting to know guardians and other angels around you
- Learning how to receive messages and know they are genuine
- Seeing your authentic Self and merging with it
- Accessing this place and getting help quickly in emergencies
The “place,” the setting, and the beings met there, will be different for everyone. But for anyone who has not yet gone within to discover this faculty, I will offer some general guidelines for achieving it.

About thirty years ago, I wrote a book titled “The Sign of the Quatrefoil.” The theme came to me in what may best be described as a lucid dream—one of those dreams that is more like reality, and I still recall this one today. I was given instruction on using the numbers one to four as a basis for great insight. In retrospect, I know that this Information was intended primarily for me, rather than for publication, however I felt the need to get it down on paper, and it is still available (and still sells some copies) for those who are interested.
In ancient Greece, the Pythagoreans especially venerated the number ten, and it is relevant that in today’s world we use the metric system of weights and measures, and decimal currency, as the most convenient method of calculation.
As a basis for this discipline, their founder and teacher, Pythagoras, taught that the number four is a universal “building block”.
Pythagoras identified what he called the Tetractys of the Decad. (Tetra = four, Deca = Ten). The reasoning was quite simple. The first four numbers, 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10, therefore four is the root and source of all that comes into being after it. Number one is the origin of all things, the unity of creation, and it extends out into four equal parts, on which everything else is based. The principle was illustrated as an equilateral triangle, as pictured above.
The Tetractys is a triangular number that shows the progression from a point (1st row) to a line (2nd row), a plane (3rd row), and a tetrahedron (4th row). A tetractys is also a modern poetic structure consisting of five lines with a syllable count of 1, 2, 3, 4, 10.
The Greeks theorised that everything in existence had a numerological value, and that numbers are the elements of all things. Pythagoreans believed the ratios of the rows (octave, fifth, fourth) governed musical harmony and the cosmos. So, Four took on a special significance, and the Pythagoreans swore their most binding oaths on this Tetractys.
Once we accept that there is an intelligent order behind the scheme of things, rather than random chaos, we can benefit by aligning ourselves with the numbers on which our world is structured, and use them to bring harmony into our lives.
Moreover, as the assembly of these four aspects reaches fulfilment, the influence of a newly emerging fifth force will come into play. I was told that I already possessed three elements within me and, once I attained the fourth, I would automatically receive the fifth element, which is made up of the preceding four.
As can be seen in the image above, the layout also incorporates the mystical triangle. I invite you to contemplate the concept of the Tetractys, which is at once both profound and simple.

When you look at a Cross, you see two lines intersecting
yet you also see four segments—with a point at the intersection
the Celtic Cross has a central ring (or halo) encircling that intersection--
designed by St Patrick to combine the traditional Cross with the Sun's circular pattern
symbolizing eternity, the Sun—also representing God's infinite love--
which can be compared to the Rosy Cross—with a blooming Rose at its centre--
for Rosicrucians, this Cross represents the physical human body
while the Rose symbolizes the soul or unfolding consciousness
The Maltese Cross—adopted by the Knights of Malta in the 16th century
has eight points—representing the eight beatitudes or obligations of the Knights
—my own personal symbol combines the Celtic Cross—which is normally static--
with the Buddhist Dharma Wheel and its eight spokes of righteousness
—it is a dynamic symbol of motion—and ethical cause-and-effect--
and incorporates the Celtic Cross—which relies on the number four
to root the Cross in the physical elements of the world
Now you can look at a Cross differently… see the Points as well as the Lines
and the Circles—the Rose and the Sunflower... Meditate on these.
[The lower right image is my personal symbol. You should have your own personal symbol-
– it may not have Crosses and Circles, but it will be something from your own Heart.]

Clairvoyants and fortune tellers abound in the world today
Book shelves are stacked with accounts of hypnotic mediums
You Tube is jam-packed with those who channel messages
Psychics, oracles and seers have recorded their prophetic dreams
To receive information and counsel I could not otherwise gain
I trust my daily communication with my guides, angel and muse
But for those who rely on messages delivered by third parties
How to be discerning in this age of saturated media and fake news?
There is a rule I apply to avoid being misled, even by those with good intention--
I use my Overself as an operator, like the telephone switchboards of old
It’s not possible for the human brain to connect directly to other dimensions
First, always dial O for Operator—or Overself—listen to your Heart and Soul.

As I approach my Transition, I find myself sifting through all I’ve read and been told over the years, to discern what is true for me. I know that for all of us, our perception is our reality, and those who tell me they are incarnating on earth after coming from another galaxy are genuine in their belief, I’m sure. And the guys on the Ancient Aliens TV show are likewise convinced in their hearts that UFOs (UAPs) spotted in the skies are mechanical devices piloted by flesh-and-blood humanoids, who hail from a distant planet that is just like ours, with a civilization slightly more advanced than us. The following verse expresses my view that humans are unique to planet Earth, and this particular Solar System.
THE RHYTHM OF THE GOLDEN BOWL
There is the micro golden bowl that Solomon spoke of,
then there is the macro golden bowl that is our Heliosphere
and we exist along the V-formation of a solar trinity:
Sun, Moon, and Earth—the celestial trio of gold, silver, and bronze
the scientist tries to gauge their size and distance
while the poet, who senses their sympathetic resonance,
measures them by their attraction and compatibility
observing the loving caress of each one upon the other two
like an astronomical mobile dangling from the ceiling of space
as though a titanic hand holds the Earth on its axial pole
whizzing the Moon around it like a giant Matraca
churning them both around the Sun like the blades of a mixing bowl
their relationship is dynamic—in perpetual motion
thanks to the Moon, our tides ebb and flow, our crops grow,
it coordinates the seasons, absorbing and reflecting waves of light and sound,
the music of the spheres harmonizes our existence to the pulse of life
everything is in sync: our breathing, our heartbeat, our brainwave cycles
our sleep and wakefulness, our circadian rhythms, our growth and decline
choreographed by the rotation of the Sun, the orbits of the Earth and Moon
the hydrologic cycle, the photosynthetic process, the Schumann frequency
planet Earth is one-of-a-kind with its beat and pulse, its night and day,
there is no other like her in the confines of this universe
and humans are likewise unique in their compatibility with this Life--
each an individual pattern in the Field, a rhythm of the Sphere

During my searches online for what other people have to say about the Afterlife, I came across this page, titled Orbs and the Near-Death Experience (link: https://near-death.com/orbs/ ). Here are a few short extracts that concur with the theme of the Solar Ancestor website.
From the Introduction: “Spirit guides appear as orbs that lead NDErs [Near Death Experiencers] toward God; to communities of souls which are seen as constellations of spheres moving in harmony. Even the great Being of Light is often encountered as a sun-like “globe” that radiates knowledge and love.”
The Soul as an Orb: “In NDE testimonies, the soul often appears as an orb – a self-aware ball of light with its own colour, tone, and motion. Sometimes spirit guides appear as an orb who escorts the NDEr to God; other times as transparent sparkling bubbles; as a sea of transparent spheres, or fast-moving lights weaving past one another without collision.”
The Experiencer as an Orb: “NDErs often see themselves as a discrete sphere: an orb, a bubble, balls of light or energy. NDErs describe 360-degree awareness without eyes or hands. […] Some find their “core self” as a blue sphere. Others perceive past-life knowledge arriving as coloured globes of souls that merge with them.”
The Being of Light as an Orb: “Many NDE testimonies describe the “Being of Light” as a living orb: radiant and filled with love. NDErs describe the Being as a golden orb like the Sun who knows the NDEr completely and loves them unconditionally. […] Sometimes smaller orbs gather around the Being like planets around a star as a cosmic “family”. Sometimes the Being is encountered as a glistening “Eye of God,” a radiant sphere, or a gentle ball of light.”
The pages of this website are filled with personal descriptions contributed by a great many ‘Experiencers.’ Read more at the link in the first paragraph above.

During my earthly life I discovered how much we are influenced by the Sun
and that each of us has a tiny Sun of our own, at the nucleus of our being--
where our Sunflower chakra covers our centre of gravity at our middle-point
—here is the true Self from where springs our intuition, our gut feelings
we each have a Star guiding us from above—our external power source
it ignites the spark within us—the fire called the Tummo
we absorb some of the light, reflect some of it, and cast a shadow
not passively, but dynamically, while expressing our will and intention
the individual consciousness is nestled down below in the Solar Plexus
couched in the Seat of the Self, in the space that ought to be the helm
from where the captain can direct the boat
while up above the heart and mind compete—each thinking it is the Self
it is only when the spirit animus of the consciously objective mind
dives down into the soul of the unconsciously subjective heart
and pierces it like a sperm entering the ovum—then can the two combine
reuniting the separated halves of the Self in the Solar Plexus
by this process the embryo of our Light Body is born
from the Sacral region below, descending before ascending,
it then flows upward and emerges like a lotus at the top of the head--
this is known as The Secret of the Golden Flower

Warm Christmas Greetings to my readers!
After being diagnosed with an uncommon and incurable form of Leukemia in November 2024, I was not entirely sure that I would reach the end of 2025 – but here we are.
As someone who is passionate about writing, it is a blessing that one thing I am still quite capable of doing is tapping away at the keyboard.
With that in mind, I have decided to change the name of this page from ‘Regular Blog Posts’ to The Last Word.
From now on I will post regular notes on this page, with observations of the things that are most meaningful to me.
Hopefully some of my thoughts will resonate with you, too.
Today is the Solstice, 21 December 2025.

This poem, titled, "I am the Great Sun (From a Normandy crucifix of 1632)" is not really 400 years old – it originates from British poet Charles Causley, who wrote it in 1957, inspired by inscriptions he saw on a 17th-century crucifix in Normandy, France, attributing the voice on the crucifix to various figures like God, Christ, and humanity, lamenting being unseen or ignored, with the poem itself acting as a prayer.
Causley's poem transforms the inscription into a poignant plea, suggesting that the divine (or deeper truths) are present but often overlooked by people, who turn away from guidance, faith, and love. It's inspirational - a powerful reflection on spiritual neglect.
I am the great sun, but you do not see me,
I am your husband, but you turn away.
I am the captive, but you do not free me,
I am the captain but you will not obey.
I am the truth, but you will not believe me,
I am the city where you will not stay.
I am your wife, your child, but you will leave me,
I am that God to whom you will not pray.
I am your counsel, but you will not hear me,
I am your lover whom you will betray.
I am the victor, but you do not cheer me,
I am the holy dove whom you will slay.
I am your life, but if you will not name me,
Seal up your soul with tears, and never blame me.

The following is a quote from a post made by my friend Jamal Shrair Ia "Dissident Astrophysicist"):
"By Jamal Shrair 13 Sept 2025 [on Facebook].
Do you know that the electron is almost a perfect sphere and its spinning rate is 410 × 10^{10} cm/sec? This spin rate is 136.7 times faster than the so-called speed limit in nature (speed of light).
So, by understanding the full physical reality of the most important particle which plays the leading role in our current technology, we can develop superior electronic devices that can be used in a wide range of industries."
Jamal is one of the few scientists who truly understands how our Sun works, and it is also worth reading his understanding of the Magnetic Structure of Matter.
