When preparing for meditation or contemplation, it is helpful to imagine the Overself as a small Sun atop the crown of your head – just as the ancient Egyptians depicted themselves. And beside that, it can be useful to picture a small Moon too, as representative of the reflected self – that 3D part of ourselves that we sometimes think is the real “me,” but is really a reflection of our real source of Light. This is like the Soul and Spirit connecting with the Body.

When contemplating this, we need not delve into the astronomy of it all. In our sky, the Sun and Moon seem to be the same size, and there is a reason for that. Aside from controlling the world’s nature, climate and seasons, their juxtaposition affects the vibrations and pulsations that guide the physical existence of our bodies down here on Earth.

The little Sun and Moon above form a trinity with our body/mind/heart below, just as the real Sun and Moon form a trinity with Earth. Many Deities since ancient times have been represented as Trinities. As Above, So Below.

The Orb, or globus cruciger is associated with powerful rulers and celestial beings alike; it adorns portrayals of both emperors and kings, as well as archangels.  The real meaning of the Orb is that is bestows moral and spiritual authority on a Ruler.

The globus cruciger (Latin for ‘cross-bearing orb’), also known as the Orb and Cross, is an Orb (Latin: globus) surmounted (Latin: gerere, to wear) by a cross (Latin: crux).  It has been a Christian symbol of authority since the Middle Ages, used on coins, in iconography, and with a sceptre as royal regalia.

The first known use was probably in the early 5th century, possibly as early as between 395 and 408 on the reverse side of the coins of Emperor Arcadius, but most certainly by 423 on the reverse side of the coins of Emperor Theodosius II.  In England, the Sovereign's Orb is a piece of coronation regalia.  It was created for the coronation of Charles II in 1661 from the royal goldsmith Robert Viner.  It is made of gold, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, amethyst, diamonds, pearls, and enamel.  This Orb has been used at all coronations after the one of Charles II.

I have asserted in a number of my articles that there are higher dimensional beings (or Inter-Dimensionals - IDs) who live on the Sun, and come from the Sun to Earth. A lot of Angelic sightings can be attributed to them. That is exactly where our creators, the Solar Ancestors, hail from.

The idea that life can hypothetically exist on stars is not a new one. In a 1973 article titled “Life on Neutron Stars,” astronomer Frank Drake—co-founder of SETI and the person who, with Carl Sagan, designed the Pioneer plaque—described a thought experiment about what life on a neutron star might be like. In a 1987 article for New Scientist, astronomer and sci-fi novelist Robert Forward explored Drake’s idea (which formed the basis for his own novel Dragon’s Egg) in more detail:
    In order to get across to lay audiences that a neutron star was more like a planet than a star, [Drake] speculated that life might exist on its solid surface …
    “One can imagine life evolving on a neutron star in the same way as life evolved on Earth. However, the nuclei making up the biological matter … would not have electrons bound to them, as they do on Earth. Instead, the chemistry producing life depends on nuclear reactions, mediated by the strong force of the nuclei and not on the electromagnetic force responsible for terrestrial chemistry.
    “An exchange of neutrons would bind the nuclei into “nuclear molecules” in the same way as the exchange of electrons binds atoms into normal molecules. We do not know whether bonding through neutrons would really lead to complex nuclear molecules at these high gravities, but for the sake of telling a story, I assume that they do.”

In the last blog we considered the memory of the higher consciousness.

In an interview only recently unearthed and published[1], Nikola Tesla (while speaking about the ‘adjustments’ we humans have to make) said this:
Tesla: “The fifth condition of adjustment is a memory. Perhaps in the most people, the brain is a keeper of knowledge about the world and the knowledge gained through the life. My brain is engaged in more important things than remembering, it is picking what is required at a given moment. This is all around us. It should only be consumed. Everything that we once saw, hear, read and learn, accompanies us in the form of light particles. To me, these particles are obedient and faithful.”

The ‘trick’ is to manifest an ‘axis’ to connect the consciousness of your outer egoic self with that of the lower self (where brain memory of this life resides) and your higher self (where the light-particle memory resides). Such an axis must be made of Light and Love.

            If you want to retain your sense of self-awareness beyond this life, it is necessary to use the tried and true techniques of consciousness-raising while still in this world. These ancient methods include meditation, breathing, chanting, diet and living habits. Seek and you will find. The attainment of Divine Light is not, as some religions promise, an award that is granted to everyone simply for the act of dying – like some schools today give every kid in the class a prize just for showing up.
            The reason you don’t recall your previous lives is that you have probably anchored your consciousness to the physical brain. As we mentioned last week, when your body dies, so does the physical brain. If you want to retain the awareness of “ME” that you currently experience, you’ll have to connect your consciousness to your higher self – or Overself.
            Some will tell tell you that you have to shed your ego. In fact, you don’t have to shed anything that is truly part of “You.” Each human is a little trinity. You are here to “redeem” the lower self. The way to do that is to bring light into any parts of yourself where there is darkness. A single candle can expel the darkness of a large chamber.

Having been forced to confront my mortality on more than one occasion, I can say that one of the questions that becomes critical for those about to pass over is, “Will I survive death and if I do, will I still be “me”?” It is all very well for religions to tell you that you “have” a soul (like a possession) or that “part of you” survives death. But if it is not really “you” any more, then your fear is that you will dissolve into nothingness. If you believe that the word ‘mind’ is the same thing as ‘brain,’ or if you think ‘consciousness’ is merely an attribute of the brain, then of course you will be worried that the very essence of who you are will disappear - because when the body dies, the brain dies too.

Unlike the materialist Freud, the more transcendental Carl Jung perceived that there was a consciousness that existed beyond the human brain. I have written on previous weekly bulletin/blogs that consciousness comes before matter – that the material world is made manifest by the unseen realm of consciousness. The individual’s sense of self and awareness is a result if the Vital Life Force and Spiritual Energy combining inside the physical human – and is a tiny drop of consciousness within the higher Cosmic Consciousness.

One analogy is that of the image in the mirror. Look at yourself in a mirror, then contemplate what it would be like if that image of yourself came to form a conscious awareness of its own; then eventually it came to think that it was the real you. That is similar to what happened when you incarnated into this body, in this lifetime – your brain arrived at the conclusion it was the real self and drew a veil between itself and your Overself. Finding your true authentic self again is, as described by the poet Rumi, a greater experience than falling in love with another person in this world. Remember the ancient Greek maxim: “Man, Know Yourself.” (For that, also read “Woman.”)

A reader has asked whether I was possibly contradicting myself when I wrote last week that a sphere of consciousness exists first, and then creates the physical being – whereas a week earlier I had written that humanity need to create as new sphere around it to carry its newly raised consciousness into higher worlds after our bodies are gone.

The first sphere that we emanate from is a small piece of the Grand Creative Source of the Universe. Most cultures acknowledge that sometime in history, humanity had a “fall” causing us to become entrapped in physical bodies. Now, as conscious co-creators with the Life Force, we need to create our own new spheres, which will ultimately take the place of our 3D flesh and blood vehicles.

In accord with this concept, the accomplished English physicist, astronomer and mathematician, Sir James Jeans, said:
“I incline to the idealistic theory that consciousness is fundamental, and that the material universe is derivative from consciousness, not consciousness from the material universe… In general the universe seems to me to be nearer to a great thought than to a great machine. It may well be, it seems to me, that each individual consciousness ought to be compared to a brain-cell in a universal mind.” — Sir James Jeans

Max Plank shared a similar viewpoint.
“I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.” — Max Plank

According to writer Jeff Street[1]: “Because source consciousness is creating all that is with it thoughts and each of us is a thread of source consciousness, our thoughts are also creative.  We don’t realize this because we have forgotten what we are, but we are creating our reality with our thoughts, on an individual and collective basis, all the time.  This is not obvious because our thoughts are erratic and undisciplined, hence our creation is undirected and incoherent.  If we embrace our creative power and consciously master our thoughts, we will begin to create coherently.  And then it will become obvious that we are indeed creating our reality and we’ll begin to create the life of our dreams, and collectively the world of our dreams.  Conscious creation is often called manifesting.”

In recent posts we have looked at spheres – both the visible kind ranging from the macrocosm of Suns/stars down to planets, then down to human cells and on to the microcosm of atoms and subatomic particles – as well as the unseen spheres of electro-magnetism. We humans are surrounded by personal spheres. But it should not be thought that the human sphere is simply an emanation or by-product of the physical being. It is the other way around. Some decades ago I was taught the mystical maxim that thought precedes matter. I have since come to recognize that the word ‘thought,’ used here, dos not refer to the chatterbox output of the brain, but rather to the kind of creative intent emanating from the level of cosmic consciousness.

I will quote from the book, Voices of the First Day by Robert Lawlor (Inner Traditions, 1991) in which he discusses this issue in terms of the Australian Aborigines’ “Dreaming.”
“We have come directly out of the Dreaming,” relates to an idea that science and religion have grappled with for centuries, the substantiation of invisible realms into matter.
            Physicists David Ash and Peter Hewitt have approached this question in their recent book Science of the Gods, in which they speculate that energy frequencies faster than the speed of light comprise a world of super-energy and a super-physical reality. They claim that when these super-energies decelerate, substance and form materialize.

            I believe another way of expressing this is that frequencies faster than the speed of light constitute a different dimension. It doesn’t mean Einstein was wrong – just that he was describing a law that governs the third dimension.

            In past blogs we have been looking at how spheres form the basis of most physically manifested matter, in the form of Suns and planets as well as the microcosm – atoms and sub-atomic particles. Spheres are also predominant in unseen or unmanifested fields, and this applies to the human field.
            For millennia, Oriental peoples have taught about auras, and modern-day researchers have found that the aura is an electromagnetic (EM) field of energy that extends all around our body - for about 1 ½ metres in an average healthy body (it often appears to be depleted in cases of unhealthy person).
            There are still many people who do not believe in what they cannot see, basing their perception of reality on what they can detect with their five senses. It should be understood that what looks like solid matter is actually made up of pure energy which vibrates at a specific frequency and gives matter properties like shape, size, texture etc. So solid looking objects like rocks, trees, houses and people - and even the molecules, atoms and cells in our bodies for that matter - are actually made up of vibratory energy particles called electrons, protons , neutrons and further more tiny particles. So when these particles vibrate in their nucleus, a small electrical impulse is generated in our body and, according to a well-known law of physics, ‘When there is an electrical field around a body, a magnetic field gets developed automatically.’
            Just as the Sun and the Earth have their EM fields, with magnetism flowing into the northern poles and out through the southern poles, so it is with us human beings.
            Not only is it possible that the human body creates EM fields — it is the only way you can possibly exist as a coherent entity. You are an electric field — a giant electric field which holds your atoms together. As electricity passes through a metal wire it causes an energy field or magnetic field. In a similar way, human electricity in the brain and nervous system creates human magnetic fields. There are billions of nerve impulses in the body and these are constantly creating complex energy-fields around the body and EM energy waves that can travel away from the body. . The human heart is a source of electro-magnetism that, even at a few meters away, is detectable by modern scientific instruments.
            The question we will move on to next is what happens to your own personal EM sphere when you die. Does it contain your personal character with all its desires and fears, and will it wander off unconsciously, or perhaps meet its own demise?

            Solar energy and cosmic radiation have electrical influences over a multitude of human activities including human health. Mainstream science has begun to accept these effects, and to investigate the topic in a serious way, but the science itself is by no means ‘new’.
            There are a wide variety of effects that Space Weather exerts on the electricity of the brain, heart and central nervous system inside of our own bodies. Recent research suggests the solar wind actually modulates lightning intensity here on Earth, and that an, “increase in Galactic Cosmic Ray flux may directly trigger lightning through ‘runaway breakdown’ of electrons, leading to breakdown”.
            The late Dr. Neil Cherry had collected and conducted research showing that the effects to human health via solar and geomagnetic activity (S-GMA) are biophysically possible through changes in Schumann Resonance intensity. The effects include, altered blood pressure and melatonin, increased cancer, reproductive, cardiac and neurological disease and death. Many occupational studies have found that exposure to ELF fields between 16.7 Hz and 50/60 Hz significantly reduces melatonin levels (Cherry 2001).
