In this month’s edition of my online magazine, Australian Esoteric, I have been privileged to print the transcript of a keynote speech given by Egyptologist Ahmed Al-Fayed at the recent Cosmic Consciousness Conference in Central Australia. During his presentation, Ahmed conducted a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony for all of us who attended. Below is an excerpt from his speech, wherein he talks about the relevance of the Blue Lotus and how it connects Ancient Egypt with Ancient Australia. Read my online mag for FREE at www.AustralianEsoteric.com
“The blue Lotus flower in Egyptology is set in its association with the Sun, the creation, and rebirth. The reason that that Lotus is used as a metaphor for these things is due to the way that it raises out of the water, over a small period of time, and flowers in the morning to the late afternoon, before sinking below the surface again. The repeat of this pattern makes it easy to understand why my ancestors chose it to symbolize the Lotus with rebirth, as it followed the same pattern as the Sun.
“The Blue Lotus is the symbol of the victory of the spirit over the senses, of intelligence and wisdom, of knowledge. The Blue Lotus of the Nile was the most sacred of plants, prized above all others. The plant was associated with the sun god Ra as the bringer of light. They say Isis made perfume from this amazing flower and Cleopatra bathed in Blue Lotus essences. There is something magical and enchanting with the Lotus flower, coming up from the polluted muds of earth bringing the lessons of the beauty that comes with the dark night of the soul journey.
“It is fascinating to know that our cultures connect on such a deep level with the Traditional Aboriginal medicine here in Australia having always used the Blue Lotus, eating the roots, stems, flowers and incorporating this plant into daily culture.”

“Your body is woven from the light of Heaven.” ~Rumi
“We are still on the threshold of fully understanding the complex relationship between light and life, but we can now say emphatically, that the function of our entire metabolism is dependent on light.” ~Dr. Fritz Albert Popp
The Vital Life Force is a concept not really understood in the Western world - or even talked about as much as it should be. The Chinese have accepted its existence for millennia and call it Chi; in India they call it Prana; the Ancient Greeks called it Pneuma.
There is an interesting article just out by Christina Sarich on Waking Times, read it HERE
Following are just a few lines from it:
Have you ever wondered what makes the difference between a living and non-living process? What makes us “alive” instead of just machines or robots acting out commands? What is the life force, or what ancient philosophers called the “animus”? It is light, and this is the fundamental method by which your cells and DNA communicate.
The coherent emission of bio-photons is connected to energy and information transfer processes in any biological organism, and has been linked to the function of DNA and gene regulation.

In the current issue of my online magazine I feature a couple of photos of Orbs, taken at the Cosmic Consciousness Conference I attended at Uluru this January. I am reproducing them for you here.
The one at top was supplied to me by Valerie Barrow – she appears in the photo to the far right. The Orb is hovering over the face of Mick Turner, who is standing beside fellow conference organiser Kathryn Hand.
The picture below was taken by Stelios Andreou, a participant in the Conference. The small turquoise coloured Orbs appeared in several of his photos, as well as those of other attendees, both at the conference and afterwards in various locations.
In the next edition of my magazine I will write more about the specialness of Central Australia – and the continent in general – and the role it may play in the future geopolitical scene. I invite you to take a look at the publication – it’s Free! www.AustralianEsoteric.com
Valerie’s website is www.ValerieBarrow.com – it is well worth exploring.
And to read the Channellings of Stelios, his website is: www.SteliosAndreou.com

Easter 2018
Over the years I have belonged to a few mystical and spiritual organisations. Often their practices correspond with my own inner guidance, but sometimes there are teachings I disagree with. The tradition of Easter opens some grey areas for many people. One group I have been affiliated with claims that Jesus Christ never actually died at the time of crucifixion but was taken down from the cross and nursed back to health in a secret location. Another school acknowledges that he did die and then resurrected himself, but they deny the possibility of a physical ascension in heaven.
So here is my take on it, for what it is worth. We know today that people can be revived after being technically dead, so long as it occurs within a reasonable period, i.e. before the body has begun its decomposition. Was it possible to be resurrected two millennia ago, before we had all our modern sophisticated medical equipment? If you are a non-believer you might say no. But if you are a person of faith and accept Jesus’ divinity and supernatural powers, you will agree that if it is possible to be resurrected from clinical death – as we now know it is – then he was the man to do it.
Then how about the physical ascension of the body from the 3D material dimension over to the spiritual dimension? Those who have read my articles on this website know that I have written about the ability of the ancients we call gods (with a small g) to travel to our world through portals, and the fact that long ago, whole civilizations transitioned from this dimension to a higher one (see for example my article https://www.solarancestor.com/temporary-civilizations.html ).
Although I am not currently involved with any particular church, I submit that Jesus Christ did rise from the dead as reported and, forty days later, “ascended” into another dimension, body and all. And I will go out on a limb and say that by the end of this century, such feats will be provable scientifically.

The following paragraphs are just excerpts from a great article published this week by Joe Martino, founder of Collective Evolution. Follow the link at the foot of the page to read the full article.
It’s being claimed that on the non physical plane there will be a “big wave or flash of energy and light coming from the Galactic Central Sun going towards the surface of the planet”. (The galactic Central Sun is an object in the Sagittarius constellation.) The energy from the Central Sun will stimulate a flash or special kind of light from the Sun that permeates the earth and humanity, raising the frequencies of all living entities on the planet.
It is said that it will not be a major negative event but one that is positive. Some are even suggesting to prepare with several weeks of food and supplies as it may knock out our current infrastructures. It’s also being said that this wave of energy will be soooo powerful that it will literally fry people’s brains and make them go crazy.

Above: How cosmic rays affect our earthly lives and conscious evolution. *From CE3: The Shift
The shift we’re experiencing is ongoing. MANY waves have already hit our planet and are still coming. This has been happening for years and it is PART of what is causing so many of the changes we are seeing today. Shifts in the way people think, shifts in how our world works, insurgence of equality, the calls for changes in our financial systems, political systems and so forth.
These waves have been happening for decades and have been intensifying as we go. They are made up of cosmic bursts from our Sun, the Galactic Sun, surrounding stars and so forth. All cosmic waves carry unique energies with unique signatures and information. This information carries the ability to evolve thought, ideas, DNA, change energy signatures and so forth. But it’s also important to note that this energy has be ‘throttled’ in a sense, through our agreement, and for good reason.

As reported over on our blog site this week, there is a large, 200,000-kilometre wide, canyon-shaped coronal hole that has opened up in the Sun’s atmosphere, dividing almost the entire Earth-facing hemisphere of the Sun.
Solar storms are known to have a huge impact on radio communications, navigation/GPS systems and technology. They also impact living organisms. Research has found that geomagnetic storms can have a huge effect on our emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Solar energy has been shown to change blood flow, boost adrenaline, and affect blood pressure, as well as affecting our sleep patterns. Peaks in increased anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, fatigue, and nervousness have been found to coincide with solar activity.
One of the reasons we may currently be experiencing a peak in solar activity is that around March 21st and September 21st each year, the Earth and Sun line up so that day and night are approximately equal in length. Equinoxes are known to cause cracks in Earth’s magnetic field which stay open for hours, allowing the highly vibrating energy to flow in from the universe and directly impact energetic particles on Earth, including humans.
A portal allows rapid travel between dimensions of two distant locations in the universe, for example, from the Sun to Earth. The portal is a temporary period of life-changing transformation which allows us the opportunity to experience with a full, conscious awakening through renewed energy, limitless possibilities, higher wisdom, increased levels of love and wisdom. This is a tremendous opportunity to align with the universe’s energy.
Solar storms are known to desynchronise our circadian rhythm, which is the internal biological clock that controls our sleep and wake times. Our pineal glands are affected by this electromagnetic activity and produce an increase in melatonin - thus disturbing our sleep and impacting our intuition. We may have enhanced intuition and psychic awareness. The important thing is to be aware of what is going on and observe your physical reactions.

Last week I watched an online broadcast by Kundalini teacher, Raja Choudhury, who refers to the ‘Three Suns’ of our being. Basically, he groups the lower three chakras of the body into a sphere he calls the first Sun – connected to the reptilian brain; the heart chakra sits alone in the second Sun, connected to the limbic or mammalian brain; the three higher chakras are in the sphere of the third Sun, connected to the neocortex.
It is not the purpose of this website to instruct readers about waking the Kundalini, although we are happy to provide this link to Raja’s program at The Shift Network. In essence, Raja teaches that before raising the Kundalini energy right up to the crown, one must first ‘ground’ their lower three chakras - then open the sphere of the second Sun around the heart. He visualizes a tiny little pearl at the centre of the heart as being the soul – many other teachers use this or similar metaphors – Dr Paul Brunton used to call it the soul atom.
Raja says that when the central Sun of the heart is opened, a “golden egg” – sometimes seen as a “white Orb” – will surround the person, and we can agree with that. In addition to mediation, incorporating breathing “from the stomach,” it is helpful for practitioners to intone sounds or mantras. He recommends the word “SHREEM” for the Central Sun of the heart. Other websites such as MindValleyAcademy.com and MindBodyGreen.com suggest the sound “YAM” (alternatively pronounced “YUM.”)
We always advise that seekers use whatever resonates well within them. Although some prefer to reserve the sound “OM” for the higher chakras, it is a good standard that resonates well with many of us for all chakras. Raja’s “Central Sun” of the heart chakra obviously corresponds to what we at Solar Ancestor refer to as the “Solar Heart.” As noted on the Chopra.com website, the mantra, “OM MANI PADME HUM” is also especially useful for drawing in the qualities associated with the heart: compassion, acceptance, forgiveness and love.

In the latest edition of my online magazine, www.AustralianEsoteric.com (Issue #9), there is an article titled Emu Dreaming: Aboriginal Astronomical Measurements, by Ray and Cilla Norris. It is a brief excerpt from their booklet of the same name (see link below).
Here are a couple of paragraphs:
In South Australia, on the dreamy banks of the Murray River, north of Adelaide, the Nganguraku people engraved images of the Sun and Moon at a site called “Ngaut Ngaut.” Next to these images are a series of dots and lines carved in the rock, which, say the original owners, show the “cycles of the Moon.” But such knowledge is usually passed through generations from father to son, from elder to novice at initiation ceremonies.
The Wurdi Youang stone arrangement in Victoria is an impressive egg-shaped ring of stones, about 50 metres across, with its major axis almost East-West. The ring is dominated by an eye-catching group of three waist-high stones at its highest point, the western apex. The Wathaurung people built it long before European settlement, which destroyed their culture along with the knowledge of how it was used. Attention was drawn to this site by John Morieson who pointed out that if you look between the two largest stones, small outlying stones mark the position on the horizon where the Sun sets on midwinter’s day, on midsummer’s say, and at the equinox.
What can we conclude from the evidence presented so far? Certainly the traditional Aboriginal people were interested in the sky, and used the stars for time-keeping and navigation. They knew that eclipses happened when the paths of the Sun and Moon intersected, and they knew how the Moon was related to the tides. They had a deep and extensive knowledge of the sky, and of the motion of the celestial bodies across it. Perhaps they were even making accurate measurements of the rising and setting places of the Sun.

We have discussed the concept, in our articles, that there is a “Sun behind the Sun,” unseen by the human eye, but one which has a very real influence on us, particularly on our Soul and Spirit.
Ancient Egyptians and Greeks believed the Sun we see is just the physical form of a higher ‘Intelligible or Spiritual Sun.’ Philo of Alexandria, in Special Laws 1 called it: “The Sun of the Sun, the Intelligible object behind the object comprehensible by sense, and from invisible fountains he supplies the visible beams which our eyes behold.” (See the article on this website titled The Eye of the Sunrunner.
Similarly, our planet Earth has an unseen sphere surrounding it. Scientists have been trying to understand what “holds matter together” and have proposed the Higgs-Boson particle and Dark Matter as possibilities. Our planetary body, just like our human bodies, has an electro-magnetic field around it, but that is a product of the body’s being, rather than what holds it together. It is a manifestation of the Spiritual Sphere behind it, which contains it.
To continue the comparison, the Earth has the Sun above it, a spiritual sphere around it, and a living heart within – which some refer to as Gaia; we humans have our Overself (or Soul-Star) above us, our Spiritual Sphere (or spiritual body) around us and the essential core or intangible heart of our personality within – which I like to refer to as our Solar Heart.
Life in our universe tends to congregate around spheres, not only in the third and fourth dimensions, but also in the fifth. (Dimensions don’t really have numbers, but we need to give them a title to help get our heads around them).
Part of the human journey is learning to honour and be in harmony with the Spheres – not only the physical, but the Sphere of Spirit as well.

“Suddenly, here in my chest, A star came out so brightly, It drew all the other stars into it.” - - Jelaluddin Rumi, 13th Century Poet
We have learned to visualize the Overself as a Sphere above our heads. What we need to do is rid ourselves of the 3D illusion of separation and division. We can draw that God-particle right inside ourselves, and “plant” it in our bosom, roughly in the same place occupied by our physical heart. There and then we activate the Solar Heart.
In drawing together the Sphere Above and the Sphere Within, we banish the notion of separation and will no more be divided by the ‘second death’ after our physical hearts and brains have perished.
To merge these two Spheres they must first be on the same frequency – which they are probably not, right now. How to have them vibrate at the same rate? Your Overself already pulses with the frequency of love, so you need to strike the same chord with your body, heart and mind. The notes that comprise the chord of unconditional love include: forgiveness of everyone you know; compassion for everyone you meet; releasing all the mental and emotional toxins within.
When we meet higher dimensional beings, our brains have to interpret them according to our 3D filters. I always see the Solar Ancestors - the same beings who materialized as Ancient Egyptians – as “golden people;” now they have revealed to me that this is because their “solar hearts” shine within them – unlike we mortals who are only reflections of the light.
